The 3×1/4 workout is designed to take you from a 6,000-8,000 pounds body weight to as small as 9,000 on the bench press, and that weight gain should be seen within 3-6 months, gain muscle 6 month program. I've had success achieving both of these goals with the 3×1/4 Workout protocol, as can be seen in the following 3 workouts shown in the table at the top of this article. While I don't consider myself "strong," I've gained 10-15 pounds of mass in these 3 workouts, define bulking fitness. So I feel really good about how much muscle I gained.
Using a Bulking Stack is your best bet if you want to dramatically speed up your muscle building and bulking process. This system also works with your traditional protein blends, such as egg whites and whey protein. Protein is only available in bulk form and not as a powder with its liquid/solid consistency that is so popular in the protein world.
