We will hold 1 open interviewing call followed by 1 technical assessment date for stylists.
Each stylist hiring call will consist of an interview with a member of leadership to decide if we would like to continue the interviewing process. If so, we will schedule a technical assessment conducted by a trainer.
Interview calls are open to anyone 0 to 3 months from graduating from hair school. We hire barbers and cosmetologist. Please arrive by 1pm, promptness is one of our indications of success with Bob Steele Salon.
Interviews will be given in order of arrival. While we prefer to hire without previous experience as a stylist in any salon, we will consider hiring an experienced stylist. The experienced interviewing stylist must commit to complete our training program in its entirety...just as a newly graduated stylist.
After the open interview call, we will give the interviewee notification if they are invited to complete a technical assessment.
